Eaton’s Sumter, SC facility is seeking a Panel board Production Associate for 1st/B Shift (Mon-Fri, 5:00am-1:30pm). You will assemble switchboards/panel boards from drawings and BOMs, using hand and power tools, while maintaining quality and safety standards.
You will work with team members to meet production goals, identify shortages, and suggest process improvements. Eligible for an employee incentive program.
