Major Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for cleaning the area. Also back up yard spotter. . Performs any other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisor or a member of management.
The Utility person is also responsible for day-to-day housekeeping tasks, including the removal of dust from ledges, floors, equipment and other surfaces. The feed mill house keeper must always use and maintain PPE assigned for each task. They will also send bag ingredients to work floor as needed. They also unload trucks as needed with an electric pallet jack. The utility person is also trained and able to do the tasks of the "Receiving Operator" if that designated person is absent.
