Position Purpose
Come extern with us! Heartland Veterinary Partners' Externship Program offers 1st-4th year veterinary students hands-on experience and mentorship to prepare them for practice.
Externships typically last 2 weeks, and Heartland will cover lodging costs if needed. The length of the externship is flexible, and we can support your preceptorship documentation as well.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in an AVMA-accredited veterinary school
- Must be able to provide student PLIT
