- Must possess the ability to perform various testing procedures and simple statistical analysis.
- Perform complete inspection of product prior to release according to applicable specifications
- Responsible for signing the release documentation where applicable for raw material or finished goods product prior to a warehouse or shipment transfer from its designated department.
- Compile and reviews the release documentation for all lot device history records prior to submitting such material to supervision for final approval
- Stat sample all hold products as applicable per the appropriate specification requirements.
- Record the results of inspections and audit findings on the appropriate forms and/or in the Quality Module of SAP.
- Report all product nonconformance issues to the Quality Leader/Superintendent, Quality Operations/ Lead Person, and Production Supervisor where appropriate.
- Must possess knowledge of Quality System Regulations and control charting defect trends in product quality.
- Maintains adherence to all safety, environmental and quality system standards.
