We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in providing exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the mattress industry for 35+ years, and we are a USA family‑owned and operated company. You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our proven selling process and our cutting‑edge diagnostic sleep system bed Match.

• Motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends; typical 4–5‑day work week offers 40‑55 hours per week.
• Fluency in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• Provide customers with a relaxed, low‑pressure, educational shopping experience focused on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
• Use state‑of‑the‑art technology including tablets, mobile POS, and our exclusive bed Match system.
• Winning team‑oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
