• Prepare food and beverage items using standard recipes and portion control.
• Lead subordinate staff during daily operations under supervisor direction.
• Serve food in a snack‑bar style and maintain Point of Sale system accuracy.
• Ensure equipment is set up, cleaned, and maintained daily.
• Train staff on equipment use, cleaning, and cash handling procedures.
• Process daily deposits, cash counts, and credit card transactions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly facility through daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
• Prepare for the next day’s business at day’s end.
• Adhere to Military Public Health and USDA Food Code compliance.
• Act as facility representative during MPH inspections when manager is absent.
• Store and inventory food and beverages per procedures.
• Perform or assist with monthly inventories and restock display coolers.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Background investigation with favorable results.
• Full compliance with federal and military clearance requirements.

• Must meet or exceed the qualifying experience (lead ≥3 workers, oral instructions, hand tools, machine operation, sanitation knowledge, physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, standing/walking for long periods, pre‑employment physical, Food Handler’s Certificate, National Agency Check with Inquiries).
• Education substitution not allowed.
• Foreign education must be verified as equivalent to U.S. credentials.
