We innovate new products and processes for our customers that drive safer, smarter, and more effective solutions. Our organization has expanded multiple times to accommodate our continued growth. We are growing fast and looking to add more Inside Sales Specialists to our Six Axis team.
Upon the successful completion of training the right individual can perform this position from home 2 days a week and from our Sumter location 3 days a week.
The Inside Sales Specialist drives the Inside Sales process. They prospect and qualify new sales leads, work inside sales opportunities through the sales process, collaborate with members of the outside sales team, hand off leads as appropriate, close sales, and answer internal and external inquiries. The successful Inside Sales Specialist will demonstrate high energy and passion in their sales activity and display a knack for understanding and meeting customers' needs.

- Make outbound calls to current, prospective, and former customers
- Respond to inbound leads, qualify those leads, and move them through the sales process
- Collaborate with sales teams to produce smooth transition of new opportunities
- Research accounts, identify business needs and key decision makers, and determine potential product and solution needs and cross‑selling opportunities
- Coordinate communications and activities with Outside Sales team to hand‑off new potential customers as appropriate
- Capture accurate and complete information to track all activity in the company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and expand contact database
- Follow product/supply checklist for each customer's job, identify sales opportunities, and sell additional products and supplies with emphasis on vendor products
- Close sales and achieve sales goals
- Enter, update, and process sales orders
- Plan, coordinate, and execute projects as needed
- Other duties as required
