Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Electrician/ Electrician Installation
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, schedule and perform maintenance and preventive maintenance on all electronic systems to include the fire alarms, fence security, PA, CCTV, electric locking and other systems relating to the electronic trade throughout SCDC facilities and institutions.
- Position requires extensive knowledge of electronic systems and equipment.
- Must be able to assist other trades as needed.
- Position involves 24-hours emergency on-call responsibility.
Must successfully complete four (4) weeks of SCDC Basic Training upon hire.

Minimum Requirements:
A high school diploma and experience in the construction or repair of secondary electrical systems. Relevant experience may be substituted for the required diploma on a year-for-year basis.
SCDC
Minimum Requirements:
A high school diploma and 5 years experience in the construction or repair of institutional electrical systems.
