Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate will play an essential role in supporting warehouse operations, including the handling, storage, and preparation of goods. This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals with prior warehouse exposure looking to grow their skills. The role requires working in a cold environment and performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and organize inventory in designated areas.

• Assist with loading and unloading shipments safely and efficiently.

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment based on customer orders.

• Perform inventory counts and ensure all items are accounted for.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace by following safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Work in a temperature-controlled environment (cooler or freezer conditions as needed).

• Safely handle products and move items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.

• Follow all company procedures, safety protocols, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed on time.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience or exposure preferred but not required.

• Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods.

• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to various warehouse tasks.
