Brookdale Camino Del Sol is hiring for a Sales Manager for a 46‑unit Memory Care community.

About The Sales Manager Position

As a Sales Manager, you will be a guide for families and older adults, a team player working with local professionals and volunteers, and a partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans.

  • Guide for families and older adults: help older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move‑in.
  • Team player: collaborate with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads from medical, financial, legal professionals, religious leaders, and other local organizations.
  • Partner: work with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.

  • 3‑week onboarding & orientation program featuring in‑depth instruction, systems training, one‑on‑one coaching, ongoing monthly continuing education, and customized tools.
  • Opportunity to apply for tuition reimbursement to support professional sales and leadership skills development.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred (equivalent experience acceptable).
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience (Senior Living experience preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and electronic documentation.
