Therapists to meet the high demand of our behavioral health services.

• Maintain confidentiality of records aligning with HIPAA requirements
• Assess for risk of harm to self and others
• Complete initial and ongoing assessments of clients assigned to your panel
• Provide individual, group, couples, and family counseling
• Maintain client-related paperwork (diagnosis bill, assessments, progress notes, and other required forms)
• Evaluate physical and/or mental conditions based on information through staffing with the integrated treatment team and observation of the client
• Refer members to community resources and internal services as necessary
• Engage in population health and evidence-based driven measures to enhance outcomes and align with Entune Behavioral Health's values
• If independently licensed, conduct reviews and sign off on assessments, service plans, and other BHP requirements of associate level staff
• Additional responsibilities as appropriate

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Active License in the state of Arizona (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LAC, LAMFT)
• Independent or Associate level Licensed clinician (required)
• Current CPR, AED, First Aid certifications (required)
• Current DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (preferred)
• Bilingual (preferred)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Software especially 365 platform
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
• Strong organizational skills and communication skills
• Knowledge of integrated healthcare delivery models
• Qualifying licensing would include: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LAC, LAMFT
