Overview
Entune Behavioral Health is an outpatient Behavioral Health Provider that offers individual, couples, and family therapy as well as other Behavioral Health services in Arizona. We are currently hiring dynamic Licensed Therapists to meet the high demand of our behavioral health services.
Responsibilities- Maintain confidentiality of records in alignment with HIPAA requirements.
- Assess for risk of harm to self and others.
- Complete initial and ongoing assessments of clients assigned to your panel.
- Provide individual, group, couples, and family counseling.
- Maintain client-related paperwork (diagnosis, assessments, progress notes, and other required forms).
- Evaluate physical and/or mental conditions based on information reviewed with the integrated treatment team and client observation.
- Refer members to community resources and internal services as necessary.
- Engage in population health and evidence-based measures to enhance client outcomes and align with Entune Behavioral Health values.
- If independently licensed, conduct reviews and sign off on assessments, service plans, and other BHP requirements for associate level staff.
- Perform additional responsibilities as appropriate.

- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
- Active License in the state of Arizona (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LAC, LAMFT)
- Independent or Associate level Licensed clinician (required)
- Current CPR, AED, First Aid certifications (required)
- Current DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (preferred)
- Bilingual (preferred)
- Knowledge of Microsoft software, especially Office 365
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of integrated healthcare delivery models
- Qualifying licensing would include: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LAC, LAMFT
