We are seeking a dependable, experienced part‑time Phlebotomist to support one of our client facilities in Sun City West, AZ. This is a stationary, in‑clinic role focused on accurate specimen collection, exceptional patient care, and maintaining strong communication with clinic partners and internal teams. This role does not require driving between patient locations. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, highly skilled in venipuncture, and comfortable working independently within a clinical environment.

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Part‑time W2 role, averaging approximately 16 hours per week.

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection in accordance with established protocols
• Greet and assist patients professionally, ensuring a positive and compassionate experience
• Verify patient identity and accurately label specimens
• Process, package, and prepare specimens for courier pickup and laboratory testing
• Maintain specimen integrity, order of draw, and proper handling and processing procedures
• Accurately enter and verify patient and specimen data in the laboratory system
• Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines at all times
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with clinic staff, laboratory personnel, and supervisors
• Monitor and restock phlebotomy supplies
• Assist with special assignments or cross‑training as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Active and valid phlebotomy certification for the state of Arizona
• At least 1–2 years of phlebotomy experience outside of training or donation centers (geriatric population strongly preferred)
• Strong venipuncture skills, including experience with challenging draws
• Experience with specimen processing and order of draw
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Professional communication and patient‑care skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs (supplies, specimen kits)
• Familiarity with HIPAA, infection control, and standard safety protocols
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently in a client clinic

• Experience working in outpatient, primary care, internal medicine, or geriatric clinics
• Experience with ETS, butterfly, and capillary collection systems
• Experience with laboratory workflows or specimen processing

Part‑time W2

$19–$21 per hour, depending on experience.

• Paid Time Off (PTO):
  Part‑time team members who average 20+ hours/week are eligible to accrue PTO. Team members working fewer than 20 hours/week are not eligible to accrue PTO
