$41.00/hr - $59.00/hr

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments
• Provide individualized therapy sessions with a personal touch
• Offer guidance, training, and support to staff and parents on occupational therapy matters
• Contribute to the development of Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate effectively with diverse teams to ensure consistent interventions
• Provide mentorship and supervision to occupational therapy students

• Orientation to organizational culture, values, policies, administrative tasks, and mission
• Learn and grow within the culture with wraparound support
• Training sessions on tools, software, and evidence-based practices
• Case reviews with clinical coaching for current clients and interventions
• Team integration with interdisciplinary teams
• Shadowing and observation with mentor Occupational Therapists
• Initial feedback sessions with supervisors on integration and performance
• Resource familiarization with materials, research, and in-house tools
• Center culture and client interaction: caseload handling, family guidance, and intervention planning

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current licensed Occupational Therapist and registered with the American Occupational Therapy Association and licensed in applicable state

• Total compensation: $41-$59/hour base, tiered by experience and competency
• Clinician-designed bonus: bi-weekly rewards from client engagement and caseload
• Paid Time Off: 29 days (20 vacation, 7 holidays, 2 for professional development)
