Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Sun City West, AZ, for an Occupational Therapist offering a $10,000 sign‑on bonus. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and develop personalized care plans, provide therapeutic treatments, and work closely with patients to improve their ability to perform daily living and work‑related tasks. The role also involves collaborating with rehabilitation teams, documenting patient progress, and creating a supportive environment to promote recovery and independence.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation, and related practices
• Knowledge of Medicine and a thorough understanding of patient care procedures
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Experience in geriatrics and working with a diverse patient population is welcomed
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• AZ state licensure as an Occupational Therapist or eligibility to obtain one
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient‑centered care
