• Collaborate with policyholders, agents, and jurisdictional authorities to obtain essential claim information.
• Evaluate claim evidence and determine coverage, limits, and potential adjustments.
• Prepare comprehensive claim reports and maintain accurate documentation in the claims management system.
• Adhere to state licensing requirements, industry best practices, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Claims Adjuster with at least 100 assessed claims or
• Certified or licensed adjuster with demonstrated experience in property and casualty claim investigations.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Valid state license in Arizona or willingness to obtain one.
