Requirements- 24 months minimum current ICU experience – REQUIRED
- Certifications must be American Heart Association or client, active upon submission and included in submission – REQUIRED
- No License Hits – REQUIRED
- Flu vaccination – declinations can be applied for
- Travel experience – Preferred
ACLS – Certification Required
BLS – Certification Required
State License Requirements – Arizona – Compact Allowed:
True
