As an LVN with Remedy Home Health, you will deliver hands‑on skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).

• Provide skilled, patient‑centered nursing care based on individualized care plans.
• Accurately document all visits, assessments, and treatments using electronic health records (EHR).
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the home health care team.
• Ensure compliance with Arizona home health regulations and company policies.
• Help patients meet their health goals through compassionate and professional nursing.

• Current Arizona Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health experience preferred).
• Physical ability to assist and move patients as needed.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with electronic charting and care coordination software

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to patient homes in Sun City and surrounding Maricopa areas
