The Banner Boswell Oncology Acute Care Unit consists of 22 private rooms with the capability of utilizing up to 16 remote cardiac monitors which are monitored from a centralized monitor room viewing station. Our unit cares for patients with complex needs across progressive care, oncology, urology, and inpatient hospice. From advanced monitoring and post‑procedural care to cancer treatment support and comfort‑focused end‑of‑life care, you’ll be part of a team dedicated to safety, dignity, and holistic healing for every patient and family we serve.

This unit participates in our Progress In Place initiative, meaning the patients cared for on our units have a variety of medical conditions, and we serve both Medical Surgical and Progressive Care acuity patients on the same unit.

As a nurse on our Oncology ACU unit you will have the opportunity to work with a highly efficient and engaged team culture working together to meet positive patient outcomes and demonstrate a Customer Obsessed work culture. Our RNs choose this unit because of the collaborative team culture and strong leadership. In this role you will have the opportunity to utilize our self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage, as well as enjoy an 18% night shift differential and flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential when applicable.

We are filling FT Night shift positions, 7:00pm-7:30am.
