If you have experience providing excellent customer service and engaging programming, then the Ed Robson Library Paraprofessional position may be for you. As our Library Paraprofessional, you will perform library work, basic reader's advisory, reference services, and present programs. In this role, you'll link the community to library resources while breathing life into your own story.
This position will be assigned to the Ed Robson Library located at 9330 E Riggs Rd, Sun Lakes, AZ 85248. Opened in 2004, this branch is nestled within the master-planned active adult communities built by Edward J. Robson. Serving the residents of Sun Lakes and surrounding neighborhoods, this quiet, slower-paced location offers a peaceful environment for lifelong learners, featuring dedicated community spaces, a popular puzzle table, and targeted adult programming.

** We Require
*** Two years of library experience
* Associate's degree in Library Science, Education, Liberal Arts, Social Science, Information Management, or related field
* A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis  
** We Also Value
*** Library/public library experience with library-related automation systems or databases; eReaders and other digital devices; or creating and implementing programs for youth, teens, and adults
* Paraprofessional library skills acquired through a specialized educational training program
