* Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest
* Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
* Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
* Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively
* Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
* Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate  concerns
* Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results## Qualifications
*
* Qualifications:

*** Minimum 5 years in high-level diagnostic work
* ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve Master L1, A Tech preferred
* Proficiency with electrical diagnostics and ability to read schematics
* Ability to produce 50-60 hours per week
* A desire for long-term career development
* Must be able to work on and diagnose all makes and models
* Must have own toolbox and tools
* Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Low comeback rate
* Ability to be a team player and help all technicians…
