French Sales Administrator

Our client is a leading UK-based manufacturer and supplier of high-quality, precision laboratory equipment used globally in hospitals, research laboratories, and pharmaceutical facilities. They are looking for a proactive Sales Administrator for their French market to join their busy Product/Manufacturing team at their Sunbury-on-Thames offices.

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Liaise with suppliers and source products.
• Manage customer enquiries and provide excellent service.
• Set up and maintain customer and supplier records in our database.
• Process invoices related to this role.
• Co‑ordinate with shipping and freight forwarding partners.
• Work with internal systems.
• Step in when management is absent to ensure production meets customer requirements.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience in order processing, customer service, or operations support.
• Fluent French – essential.
• Comfortable working across different tasks and teams.
• Good IT skills and confidence with databases and office systems (experience with MTMS/Lotus Notes is a bonus).
• Ability to prioritise workload and work independently when required.

• £30-36K depending on experience.
