Job Description & How to Apply Below

What Will You Do?

As we transition from being part of a larger parent organisation to becoming an independent UK business, procurement will play a pivotal role in enabling our future growth and success.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead the development and implementation of our procurement strategy during a period of significant transformation. You will be responsible for establishing a fit-for-purpose procurement function while managing the transition of supplier contracts, commercial agreements, and procurement processes required to support our standalone operating model.

Working closely with leaders across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, HR, Customer Service, and Support Services, you will act as a trusted commercial advisor, ensuring the business maximises value from supplier relationships, manages risk effectively, and secures the products and services needed to achieve its strategic objectives.

This is a unique opportunity to build a procurement function from the ground up, influence key business decisions, create long‑term supplier partnerships, and make a lasting contribution to the future success of a newly independent organisation.

  • Drive a culture of commercial excellence, value creation, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Business Separation & Transformation
  • Lead all procurement activities associated with the transition to a standalone business, including contract novations, supplier transitions, renegotiations, and the onboarding of new suppliers.
  • Support the successful transfer and implementation of procurement processes, frameworks, and supplier arrangements.
  • Ensure continuity of supply and service throughout the separation programme while minimising commercial and operational risk.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to support transformation initiatives and drive organisational change.
Supplier Management & Commercial Excellence
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers to maximise performance, service quality, innovation, and value.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations across multiple spend categories, securing favourable contractual and commercial outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to consolidate spend, leverage purchasing power, and deliver measurable cost savings and efficiencies.
