Head of Supply Chain & Procurement

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead the development and delivery of the supply chain and procurement strategy as the business transitions to an independent UK organisation. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on supplier relationship management, commercial performance, operational resilience, and driving long-term value across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a supply chain and procurement strategy aligned to business growth objectives.
  • Lead supplier-related activities during the business separation, ensuring continuity of supply and service.
  • Build and manage strategic supplier relationships, driving performance, innovation, and service improvements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, rebates, and commercial agreements to maximise value.
  • Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and service standards.
  • Establish procurement governance, supplier risk management, and performance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and other functions to enhance supply chain performance.
  • Deliver insightful reporting, KPIs, and recommendations to support business decision-making.
What We're Looking For
  • Significant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial, Category Management, or Supplier Relationship Management.
  • Proven success managing strategic suppliers and leading complex commercial negotiations.
  • Strong understanding of contract management, supplier performance, risk, and governance.
  • Experience delivering cost efficiencies, service improvements, and operational excellence.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through business transformation.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and relationship-building capability.
  • CIPS qualified (or working towards) preferred.
