Installation Planner

We're looking for an organised and proactive Subscriber Installation Planner to support our installation operations. You'll play a key role in coordinating schedules, keeping appointments on track, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone keen to develop in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

• Plan and schedule installation workloads to maximise efficiency
• Coordinate appointments and support customer bookings
• Work closely with Field Line Managers to resolve scheduling issues
• Provide administrative support to keep operations running smoothly
• Help identify and resolve potential issues before they impact service

• Good organisational and communication skills
