Description

Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes to improve productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Analyse and refine workflows to reduce waste and optimise resource usage.
Support the introduction of new products into the manufacturing process.
Monitor and troubleshoot production equipment to minimise downtime.
Document processes and maintain accurate production records.
Recommend cost-effective solutions to enhance manufacturing performance.

Profile

A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:

5+Years experience within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
Proficiency in process improvement methodologies and tools.
Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment and systems.
The ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Job Offer

£50,000 to £55,000 per annum.
