Demand Generation Campaign Manager

We’re going through an exciting brand transformation and are looking for a Demand Generation Campaign Manager to play a key role in making this transition a success. In this position, you’ll help introduce our new brand to the market, maintain the trust and recognition we’ve built with customers, and drive demand that supports business growth. • Execute a significant demand generation program on time and within budget to achieve a defined marketing sourced pipeline target
• Achieve agreed brand awareness and linkage targets with former brand
• Monitor and report the business impact of the transition, demonstrating no material adverse effect on customer retention, conversion rates, win rates, or pricing performance
• Exceed pre‑rebranding inbound lead levels within 12 months of launch
• Deliver a seamless customer transition that preserves trust and minimizes brand confusion

• Proven track record managing multi‑channel demand generation programs with measurable pipeline impact
• Strong expertise in paid media strategy, campaign execution
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimization
• Experience using funnel metrics and marketing analytics to drive decision‑making and improve results
• Ability to manage complex marketing initiatives with multiple stakeholders, agencies, budgets, and timelines
• Understanding of brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and market activation
• A proactive, results‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to move quickly, prioritize effectively, and drive projects to completion
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

• Experience in record managing six‑to‑seven‑figure, multi‑channel demand generation programs
• Experience from B2B sector, preferably in security #LI-MP1 #LI-Hybrid
