Driver Hire Twickenham & Heathrow is recruiting an experienced Class 2 HGV Driver to join a well-established logistics company specialising in same-day deliveries and high-quality transport services across London and the South East.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional Cat C / LGV Driver looking for a permanent role with a respected employer, excellent benefits and long-term career stability.

The Role

As a Class 2 Driver, you will work alongside a driver's mate delivering goods safely and professionally to commercial customers; which includes office moves and handballing.

Duties

• Complete between 1 and 4 deliveries per day.
• Deliver goods to commercial and customer sites.
• Work with a driver's mate to safely unload deliveries.
• Secure loads and complete delivery paperwork.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Follow all driving, transport and health & safety regulations.

Hours

• Monday to Friday.
• Start times between 5:45am and 7:00am.
• Regular overtime available, including weekends.

Requirements

• Valid Category C (Class
  2) HGV licence.
• Minimum 2 years' Class 2 driving experience.
• Valid CPC qualification.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg.
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping.
