Bonus Program:

Typical day includes:

• Managing profitability through cash control, inventory, labor, financial reviews, and actions.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff.
• Coaching and training employees for operational excellence.
• Conducting inventory counts biweekly.
• Maintaining cleanliness and guest satisfaction with friendliness and quality.

Requirements

What you bring:

• At least 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close at least two nights weekly.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location, with starting ranges such as:

• Maryland: $53,000 - $58,000
• New York: $55,000 - $60,000
• New York City: $65,000 - $70,000
• Cincinnati, OH: $54,000 - $58,000
