Direct Tools Factory Outlet, a division of TTI Power Equipment, a highly acclaimed World-Class supplier of superior home improvement products, has an opportunity available for a Store Manager in our Columbus, OH location.

• Lead and supervise store team to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Manage day‑day store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and customer service.
• Drive customer interaction and create a high‑performance, customer‑focused retail environment.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and development of store team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and brand standards.

• Minimum 5 years of retail supervisory/management experience.
• TTI brand product knowledge preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to increase sales and profitability.
  
  Strong customer‑focused, sales‑driven mindset.
• Ability to establish performance and accountability.
• Computer skills:
  Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be able to lift packages in excess of 40 lbs.
• Flexible schedule, evenings, days, weekends.
• Knowledge of Team Work software preferred.

Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 annually.
