We are looking for a reliable, service-oriented individual who can support the team and act as the go-to person in the absence of the Store Manager. You should be calm under pressure, a fountain of product knowledge, and able to assist with administrative, operational, and store security duties.

• Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well-presented store at all times.
• Act as a role model for the team with a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
• Create exceptional customer experiences through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics by acting as an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as required by the manager.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
• Own stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing toward and delivering on store KPIs.

• Demonstrated retail sales success
• Experience in a customer-facing role; supervisory experience is preferred but not required
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule with availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles

• Retail environment

• Performing duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies
• High School diploma or equivalent

• Salary Minimum: $12.80
• Salary Maximum: $16.80
