• Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers inspired and feeling their best.
• Deliver excellent customer service and help build wardrobes; participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation.
• Focus on customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.
• Guide customers through our brand experience to make authentic connections.
• Advise on style and fit with product knowledge, and influence with moments that matter.
• Operate store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets) to stay informed on priorities and promotions in-store and online; promote loyalty programs and credit services.
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Support shipping/receiving and omni-order fulfillment (in-store and curbside pick-up).

• Guide the Customer through our BRAND EXPERIENCE to make authentic connections
• Maintain customer focus with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge
• Cash Wrap/Cashier duties: use store technology to stay informed on promotions and provide a seamless omni-channel shopping experience; promote loyalty programs and credit services
• Maintain visual and operational standards
• Support product flow, shipping and receiving; assist with omni order fulfillment and curbside pickup

• At least 16 years of age
• Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
• Goal/achievement oriented
• Some technical aptitude
• Ability to follow directions and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
