responsible for supporting retail operations in-store by executing planograms, setting shelves, building displays, and ensuring accurate product presentation.
Key Duties- Execute planograms and set shelves according to brand standards.
- Build and maintain promotional and seasonal displays.
- Ensure products are correctly stocked, rotated, and priced.
- Collect shelf and merchandising data and capture photos.
- Report inventory status, out-of-stocks, and merchandising issues.
- Install and maintain promotional signage to support sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with store staff to resolve merchandising concerns.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow planograms.
- Basic retail merchandising knowledge and understanding of product rotation/pricing.
- Comfort using mobile tools for photos and reporting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to maintain brand standards and deliver consistent execution.
