Ready for a change? We have an exciting opportunity available for a BC/BE Primary Care Physician to join our team in Sunbury, Pennsylvania. We are looking for Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians for our primary care practice with satellite locations throughout 13 counties in this area.

These are well designed facilities with on-site ancillary services and experienced providers. Our medical homes provide population health management for the patients of this region. You will enjoy site-specific medical directors that ensure a physician voice and partnership. A centralized prescription refill team, hard-wired controlled substance program, nurse call center 24/7/365 and other initiatives help to minimize physician busy work. There is also an opportunity to teach family medicine residents, advanced practice providers and/or medical students if you desire.
