We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused Projects & Communications Support colleague to join our People Team and help deliver a great colleague experience across the business.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, coordination, communication, and working collaboratively across teams to help keep projects moving forward.
As Projects & Communications Support, you will play an important role in helping co-ordinate People Team projects, change activity, and communications across the business. You will help keep projects organised and on track by maintaining plans and trackers while supporting managers and stakeholders with clear communication and day-to-day co-ordination. This is a fixed term 12 months contract.
What does the role involve?- Supporting the co-ordination of projects and business change activity across the organisation
- Maintaining project plans, trackers, timelines, and action logs
- Monitoring project progress and highlighting any risks, delays, or issues
- Supporting the implementation of new processes, initiatives, and ways of working
- Helping ensure colleagues are informed and supported through periods of change
- Building positive working relationships with managers and stakeholders across the business
- Acting as a key coordination point between teams involved in projects
- Following up on actions and supporting teams to meet agreed deadlines
- Supporting communication and information sharing across teams
- Assisting with project updates, colleague communications, and guidance materials
- Maintaining accurate project documentation and resources
- Providing wider administrative and coordination support across People Team activities when needed
We’re looking for someone who is organised, adaptable, and confident managing a variety of tasks in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to build positive working relationships across different teams
- A proactive and solution-focused approach
- Confidence working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- A willingness to learn new systems, processes, and ways of working
- A flexible approach and the ability to adapt as priorities change
