Job Summary

Responsible for executing a range of maintenance planning and scheduling tasks to ensure operational efficiency and productivity. This includes tracking and monitoring workload fluctuations, identifying spikes, and addressing labour adjustments as required. The role demands strong organisational skills, a proactive and motivated attitude, and a steadfast commitment to safety and teamwork to deliver seamless and effective operations. The role also encompasses any additional responsibilities that align with their position and level of expertise.

Daily

Responsibility
  • Maintenance Planning:
    Develop, update, and manage maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Workload Monitoring:
    Track workload levels, identify spikes, and adjust labour allocation to meet demands efficiently.
  • Resource Coordination:
    Coordinate with teams to allocate resources, tools, and equipment for scheduled tasks.
  • Task Prioritisation:
    Evaluate and prioritise maintenance tasks based on urgency and operational requirements.
  • Communication:
    Liaise with maintenance teams, supervisors, and management to ensure alignment on schedules and updates.
  • Safety Compliance:
    Ensure all planned tasks adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Performance Tracking:
    Monitor task completion rates, labour utilisation, and resource efficiency to identify areas for improvement.
  • Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records of schedules, completed tasks, and any adjustments to plans.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Address and resolve issues that arise in scheduling, resource availability, or workload spikes.

    Collaboration:

    Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
