Working collaboratively with Financial Advisers and ,other colleagues, you will assist in key financial administrative tasks. You will learn all aspects of the business and become a valued member of the team.

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands‑on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work
  • Develop a broad knowledge of financial products including both individual and employer pension knowledge, investments, and protection products.
  • Prepare annual review and meeting packs to assist the IFA/Client meeting process.
  • Provide assistance and updates to the client where required including documentation being returned and processed.
  • Liaise with various providers, gathering and correlating plan/policy information and ensuring a smooth and timely business process.
  • Progress mortgage, protection, pension, and investment business through to completion.
  • General Administration duties including filing, scanning, invoicing and post.
  • Answering calls promptly and in a professional manner.
  • Preparing client valuations and updating policy data.
Training
  • An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying
  • This is a fully work-based programme.
    You will get allocated time to complete your apprenticeship work and also receive regular meetings with your training provider.
