Our Vertu Accident Repair Centre in Sunderland are recruiting a Vehicle Damage Assessor to join their team.

We are offering a competitive salary of up to £35,960 plus company benefits!

The role will involve providing accurate estimates for all repair work using manufacturer methods to outline repair procedures. Negotiate with insurance engineers to ensure costs are fair and reasonable. To assist management in implementing and maintaining effective processes to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction levels in excess of the manufacturer national average. Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers alike using systems and verbal communications.

Audatex and GT Motive experience is an advantage, but full training would be given. ATA Accreditation desirable or willing to work towards.

You will ensure the accurate completion of all relevant documentation for each estimate, as well as a safe working environment is maintained in line with the Company’s Health & Safety policy, and that general housekeeping and appearance are maintained at a high standard.
