We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee internal works on social housing schemes across the North East. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing contractor delivering high-quality refurbishment and compliance works within occupied and void properties.

The ideal candidate will come from a gas, heating, or internal refurbishment background
, with strong experience managing trades and subcontractors within the social housing sector.

• Managing day-to-day site operations across multiple housing schemes
• Overseeing internal works including heating, gas, kitchens, bathrooms, and general refurbishments
• Coordinating subcontractors and direct labour
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to budget
• Managing H&S compliance and site documentation
• Liaising with clients, tenants, and senior management
• Conducting site inspections and quality checks

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing/refurbishment
• Gas/heating background highly desirable
• Strong understanding of internal refurbishment programmes
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certified
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and programmes effectively
