About the Role
A well‑established and growing Northern construction consultancy is looking for a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen its Sunderland team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a range of public sector projects, taking ownership of key commercial functions.
- Collaborate closely with clients and the dedicated team.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to Junior Quantity Surveyors, overseeing their work and ensuring the timely delivery of high‑quality outputs.
- MRICS or working towards MRICS status.
- Strong communication skills.
- Background working in a PQS or construction consultancy.
- Experience working in the public sector.
- Employers Agent experience.
- £55,000 – £65,000
