Ted Recruitment is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for the North East region, specifically County Durham. You will manage projects across public and private sectors, including hospitals, schools, and offices, with potential progression to Associate level for the right candidate.
Applicants should be MRICS, with UK Quantity Surveying degree accreditation and the ability to run projects with minimal supervision, possibly supervising junior QSs. JCT contract experience is expected.
