Contract Manager

Sunderland | North East England

As CK Contractors North East Ltd continues to grow, we're looking for an ambitious, experienced and well-connected individual to join our team and help take the business to the next level!

We're not just looking for someone to manage existing projects.
We're looking for someone who can bring opportunities to the table, build relationships and help drive the business forward.

• Strong connections within the construction industry
• Experience securing new contracts and generating work
• An established network of reliable tradesmen and subcontractors
• Experience pricing, organising and managing projects
• Relationships with main contractors, housing associations and commercial clients
• Someone motivated, ambitious and ready to grow alongside us

• Competitive salary based on experience
• Performance-related bonuses
• Opportunity to play a major role in the company's expansion
• Support from an established and growing team
• Long-term career progression

At CK Contractors, we've worked hard to build strong relationships and a reputation for delivering quality work across the North East.

Now we're looking for the right person to come on board, bring fresh opportunities and help us continue building something bigger.

If you've got the contacts, the experience and the drive to make things happen, we want to hear from you!

I'd also really appreciate my network sharing this post to help us find the right person!
