Quantity Surveyor, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Procurement / Purchasing
Taylor Wimpey regional commercial teams are integral to the successful delivery of every project. This role is an opportunity to become part of a dynamic team assisting with procurement, commercial and contractual aspects of the BU, interfacing with staff, suppliers and partners.
You will input and maintain COINS/Excel databases, manage budgets, monitor costs, forecast cash flow and support monthly reporting. Knowledge of Building Regulations and NHBC requirements is expected.
