Midweight Multimedia Designer

IGNIFI is an independent creative, digital and design advertising agency that sparks and sustains successful brands for high‑profile clients in the healthcare sector. We are looking to expand our team with a new creative and motivated Midweight Multimedia Designer.

The Role

Our Midweight Multimedia Designer role is ideal for someone with strong visual storytelling skills who can confidently deliver engaging multimedia content across digital, social, video, and print platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with our small but highly capable team, working on internationally significant projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build a wide range of deliverables across platforms, including interactive detail aids, presentations, websites, e‑learning, and print.
  • Storyboard and generate ideas, produce and edit video content, motion graphics, and animations for campaigns and branded content.
  • Support the development and evolution of brand identity across multiple channels.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and multimedia best practices.
  • Contribute to creative ideas during campaign planning and brainstorming sessions.
  • Present internally and to client stakeholders.
  • Ensure awareness of the allocated budget and deadline delivery expectations.
Qualifications
  • 3 years’ experience in a multimedia or graphic design role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, video, and print work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience working within brand guidelines across multiple brands.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
Desirable Experience and Qualifications
  • Experience with Figma or other UI/UX design tools.
  • HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge.
  • Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
