Path2 Solutions is partnered with a nationally recognised organisation looking for outbound service advisors at their thriving site in Sunderland.
Responsibilities• Take accountability for monthly targets and daily KPIs.
• Handle outbound calls to different types of clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure the organisation thrives.
• Communicate clearly with clients.
