Overview
Path2 Solutions are working with an internationally recognised banking service recruiting customer service advisors at its state-of-the-art Sunderland hub.
Responsibilities- Personalise every interaction with customers.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues, handling client requests efficiently.
- Support other teams within the business and provide resolutions for customer queries and complaints.

Pay Rate: 26,500 per annum
ShiftsShifts: Flexible between 7am and 11pm, 37.5 hours per week. Any 5 days from 7
