Here at Vertu Accident Repair Centre Sunderland we are hiring for Bodyshop Advisor. This is a full time, permanent role. We are offering a basic salary of £28,500 per year.

You will be required to meet and greet all customers on arrival to the Accident Repair Centre and ensure they receive great customer service, answer telephone calls from customers and colleagues, directing calls to appropriate extensions, replenish stocks of brochures, tea and coffee facilities, cover the reception phones, call customers with progress updates on their vehicles and capture and record customer details on the appropriate systems.

You will be an enthusiastic and flexible individual with a keen eye for detail, be exceptionally organized and have great dedication to customer service with excellent communication skills.
