Shift Schedule

28 hours per week (night shift), four shifts 11pm-7am, 4 rest days, then four shifts 11pm-7am, 4 days rest, rotating across 365 days per year.

Job Overview

We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advocate to join Sunderland City Council’s Customer Enabling Service, working within our 24/7 Telecare alarm‑handling function.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting vulnerable residents across the city, responding to alarm activations and delivering a calm, reassuring and efficient service when it matters most. Providing a first‑class service to our residents and customers.
