Job OverviewWe are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advocate to join Sunderland City Council’s Customer Enabling Service, working within our 24/7 Telecare alarm‑handling function.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting vulnerable residents across the city, responding to alarm activations and delivering a calm, reassuring and efficient service when it matters most. Providing a first‑class service to our residents and customers.
