Are you a friendly, enthusiastic people person who enjoys helping others and delivering outstanding customer service? Love Fitness is looking for a dedicated Customer Advisor to join our team and help create an exceptional experience for our members.

As a Customer Advisor, you'll be one of the first faces our members see when they visit the gym. You'll play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting members with their enquiries, and ensuring our club remains a clean, friendly, and enjoyable place to work out.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive first impression for every member and visitor.
  • Assisting members with enquiries and offering support whenever needed.
  • Supporting class bookings, membership sign-ups, payments, and account queries.
  • Conducting club tours for prospective members and helping them discover everything Love Fitness has to offer.
  • Taking ownership of member feedback and reporting any concerns or suggestions to the Club Manager.
  • Helping to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment for all members.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and can remain calm and professional in a busy environment.

You will have:

  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Strong administrative and computer skills, with confidence in learning new systems and databases.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping customers.

Working Hours

Flexibility is important to meet the needs of the business. We are primarily looking for candidates who can work:

  • Weekdays: 4:00pm – 8:00pm
  • Weekends: 9:00am – 12:00pm

These shifts will form part of your contracted weekly hours, with additional holiday and sickness cover available when required.

Salary

£10.85 – £12.71 per hour (dependent on age)
