Salary Band: A1 £ 25,469 - £28,026

Part of a team that has won Best Regional Building Society for 9 years running, you will work in a face‑to‑face, customer‑focused environment. Your role involves engaging with customers daily, listening to their financial needs, and delivering tailored advice and support.

• Greet customers and set up tills at the start of each day
• Schedule and conduct customer appointments
• Process transactions at the counter, including account openings and savings products
• Manage end‑of‑day cash handling, including cashing up and closing
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere, including coffee breaks with colleagues

• Excellent people skills and a passion for building relationships with customers
• Strong listening and empathy skills
• Team player who collaborates closely with branch colleagues to deliver outstanding service
• Willingness to learn and develop new financial services skills, even if you have no prior experience
• Motivation to thrive in a dynamic, high‑street retail environment
